Director, Corporate Legal (AGC) What You’ll Do Snorkel AI is looking for a Director, Corporate Legal (AGC) to join our growing Legal team, reporting to Snorkel’s General Counsel. This is a highly visible role with broad ownership across corporate transactions, governance, equity, entity management, and international expansion. As the first person in this role, you will help build and scale the corporate legal function for the next stage of Snorkel’s growth. You’ll work closely with Finance, People, executive leadership, and outside counsel, combining sophisticated corporate legal work with the hands-on operational work required in a fast-growing technology company. This hybrid role is based in San Francisco or New York City.
