Join Our Team – Domestic Operations Associate / Office Administrator/Data Entry – Sumner, WA

Shifts Available:

• 2  – Sun-Thurs 6am to 3pm 
• 2  – Sun-Thurs 4pm to 1am 
• 2 – Tues-Sat 6am to 3pm 
• 2 – Tues-Sat 4pm to 1am 

Training first two weeks will be on 1st shift. 

Position Overview:

ProLogistix is seeking a reliable Domestic Operations Associate / Office Administrator to support warehouse and logistics operations. In this role, you’ll help manage customer orders, coordinate deliveries, communicate with drivers, and perform general administrative tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process customer orders accurately

• Communicate with truck drivers regarding deliveries and scheduling

• Coordinate shipments and delivery logistics

• Perform general office and administrative duties to support warehouse operations

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

• Other general admin duties in a warehouse environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be able to work overtime.
• Must be proficient with computers
• Good communication skills
• Ability to follow procedures independently.
• Demonstrated experience and willingness to ensure a safe working environment for coworkers, self, and product.
• Ability to stand, lift, and walk for long periods of time.
• Comfortable with inbound/outbound calling
