$21.00-$26.00/hr based on experience
Louisville, Shepherdsville & Clermont, KY
Multiple shifts available

What You'll Do

Lead and support warehouse associates in daily operations
Monitor productivity, attendance, and quality metrics
Coach, train, and develop team members
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies
Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
Partner with management to achieve production goals

What We're Looking For

Previous warehouse supervisory or team leadership experience
Experience managing employee performance and attendance
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment
Spanish/English bilingual skills are highly preferred
