About this role
Quality Technician $27/hr.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to support quality, compliance, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced operation.
This position works closely with operations leadership to maintain quality standards, monitor performance, conduct audits, and support customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Maintain ISO and company quality requirements. Support the site’s Quality Management System.
- Conduct internal and external quality audits.
- Monitor quality performance and report trends.
- Maintain quality documents and records.
- Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with quality training and development.
- Document and monitor customer quality requirements.
- Use statistical techniques to support process control.
- Partner with operations leadership to improve quality performance.
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- Quality System Management experience.
- Knowledge of 8D, 5 Why, and 7D problem-solving techniques.
- Internal Quality Auditing training.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, leadership, teamwork, and customer service skills.
