Are you looking for stable, full-time work in food manufacturing? Join our team as a Production Laborer in Chicago Heights! This is a physically demanding role with consistent hours and the opportunity to become a permanent employee.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 12-hour shifts
  

• Mandatory overtime on Saturdays when needed
  

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM ($15.40/hr)
  

• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM ($16/hr)

Work Environment:

• Temperature-controlled facility (50–60°F)
  

• Fast-paced, food production and assembly

Physical Demands:

• Continuous, repetitive heavy lifting—up to 100 lbs (4–6 times per hour)
  

• Stand for entire 12-hour shift
  

• Frequent bending, twisting, and reaching
  

• Applicants must be comfortable with very active, physically demanding work!

Job Duties:

• Assemble and package food products
  

• Follow strict food safety and cleanliness standards
  

• Rotate between positions on the production line
  

• Meet daily production goals
  

• Consistently lift and move heavy products

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
  

• At least 6 months of food production or manufacturing experience preferred
  

• Ability to lift heavy items repeatedly throughout the shift
  

• Strong attention to safety and detail
  

• Able to work 12-hour shifts and mandatory overtime
  

• Steel-toe boots required
