About the Role: We are looking for a Program Manager to join our GTM Acceleration team. In this role, you’ll own the program management behind some of our highest-priority GTM initiatives and build the operating systems that turn important product releases into clear, timely action across the field. You’ll lead complex programs like global enablement offsites, Sales Kickoff, Field Readiness Bootcamps, and other strategic GTM initiatives from planning through execution and follow-up. You’ll also own the process connecting Engineering, Product, and Design (EPD) releases to GTM and ensure our teams understand what is changing, why it matters, and what they need to do differently. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Field Engineering, and Enablement. You’ll bring structure to ambiguous, cross-functional work, keep teams aligned against fixed deadlines, and give leaders clear visibility into progress, risks, and decisions.
