    About this role

    REACH TRUCK Operator – Material Handler 
    Locations: Romeoville or Joliet

    Are you skilled with  Reach Trucks? We want experienced operators to join our growing warehouse teams in Romeoville and Joliet! Bring your reach truck expertise to a company where safety and efficiency drive success.

    Shifts: 1st and 2nd Shift
    Pay: $19/hr – $22/hr

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Operate Reach Trucks safely and efficiently for all warehouse tasks.

    • Utilize computers and handheld RF equipment for inventory and logistics.

    • Build and break down pallets, move inbound stock, and handle freight orderly.

    • Ensure the proper storage of materials and accurate order fulfillment.

    • Verify shipment accuracy and maintain an organized warehouse.

    • Complete daily safety and maintenance inspections of Jungheinrich equipment.

    • Comply with OSHA and all safety regulations.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience operating Jungheinrich Reach Trucks in a warehouse setting.

    • High School Diploma or GED.

    • Ability to interpret business documents, write reports, and communicate clearly.

    • Capable of lifting/moving up to 50 lbs and working at heights as needed.

    • Team player with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    • Willingness to work flexible shifts/overtime as business needs require.
