    Forklift Operator

    Pay Rate: $20/hr

    Shift: Monday – Friday 8 AM to 5PM 

    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our production team. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of our supply chain, ensuring that our natural ingredients are accurately received, tracked, and shipped to our customers worldwide. The ideal candidate will combine strong forklift skills with a meticulous approach to inventory documentation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Forklift Operation:
      Safely operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and stage materials (drums, pails, totes of citrus and pine-based liquids).

    • Shipping & Receiving:
      Lead the loading and unloading of freight carriers. Verify that incoming shipments match purchase orders and inspect all arriving goods for damage.

    • Inventory Recording:
      Accurately read and record data from shipping manifests, packing slips, and bills of lading. Update internal inventory systems for real-time stock levels.

    • Documentation:
      Maintain precise logs of batch numbers, quantities, and weights. Ensure all Ship-To and Bill-To information is correct before products leave the facility.

    • Warehouse Maintenance:
      Assist in cycle counts and full inventory audits. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with chemical safety standards.

    • Safety Compliance:
      Adhere strictly to safety protocols for handling natural oils and renewable chemicals, including proper PPE use.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution environment (chemical or manufacturing industry preferred).

    • Proven forklift expertise with current or prior certification.

    • Strong technical skills and attention to detail: accurately read and record part numbers, serial numbers, and weights.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interactions with drivers and internal production teams.

    • Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and work within temperature-variable warehouse environments.

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
