About the role: Tive is a logistics intelligence platform used by global supply chain teams to track shipments in real time - monitoring location, condition, and exceptions across millions of transit events. The problems we work on are genuinely hard: complex workflows, dense data, fast-moving operational contexts, and several different user personas who depend on this product to make critical decisions. We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead design across a newly formed team at Tive . You will have the opportunity to create completely new product experiences and connect them to our existing platform. This isn't a polish role; it's a systems and craft role. How design works at Tive Designers are embedded directly in product teams - not handed specs, and not handed off finished work. We share early and often.
