As the VP, Enterprise Solutions, you will act as an orchestrator and strategic problem-solver, sitting at the center of Tive's Forward-Deployed Engineering (FDE) operating model. Serving as the vital connective tissue between enterprise customers, FDE, Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success, you will leverage proprietary data, emerging AI, and deep customer partnerships to create transformational business outcomes. You will move seamlessly between boardrooms, customer workshops, engineering reviews, and product strategy sessions. Bringing a consultative, Challenger mindset, you will diagnose complex customer operations, reframe problems, design solution paths, and own project scoping and customer demand while Engineering owns delivery.
