We are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results! Geotab is seeking a Senior Regional Revenue Operations Partner to serve as the operational and strategic leader for the regional revenue organization, spanning Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships. This role is deeply embedded in the health and trajectory of the region, understanding where it is winning, where growth is being left on the table, and what operational gaps are standing between the team and its goals. If you love technology, and are keen to join an industry leader — we would love to hear from you!
What you'll do:
As a full member of the regional senior leadership team, the Senior Regional Revenue Operations Partner owns the regional operational backlog—identifying, scoping, and prioritizing the investments needed to unlock performance—and partners with Central Revenue Operations and GTM to design and execute solutions. They serve as both a strategic translator (converting regional priorities into operational programs) and a critical feedback loop (surfacing the ground-level obstacles to growth back to global teams). When changes are rolled out from central Revenue Operations and GTM, this role ensures they land effectively in the region — driving adoption and closing the loop on what is and is not working.
How you'll make an impact:
-
Serve as the trusted advisor to Regional Rev Gen Leaders on revenue performance, growth strategy, and operational execution.
-
Participate in regional leadership meetings and contribute to strategic planning discussions.
-
Translate corporate revenue objectives into regional operating plans and measurable execution frameworks.
-
Provide recommendations on market opportunities, resource allocation, and investment priorities.
-
Define and own the operational framework and performance measurement standards for the region, serving as the definitive regional authority on revenue performance methodology. Proactively surface regional insights that inform and challenge global Revenue Operations strategy — not limited to local execution needs.
-
Own weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes.
-
Drive forecast accuracy and accountability across sales, partners and customer success leadership teams.
-
Identify risks, gaps, and upside opportunities within the pipeline.
-
Partner with Finance on budgeting, revenue planning, and annual operating plans.
-
Develop and manage KPA frameworks across the revenue funnel.
-
Monitor pipeline generation, conversion rates, win rates, sales cycle velocity, attainment, expansion and churn trends for all channels.
-
Lead weekly business reviews with regional sales leadership.
-
Deliver actionable recommendations to improve revenue productivity and execution.
-
Design and optimize territories, account segmentation, and coverage models.
-
Partner with leadership to determine headcount requirements and productivity targets.
-
Conduct capacity modeling and scenario planning.
-
Evaluate territory performance and recommend adjustments based on market opportunity.
-
Own and continuously evolve the regional analytics and reporting methodology; partner with Revenue Business Insights to translate that methodology into executive-level dashboards, ensuring standards are applied consistently across the region and shared with global teams as best practice.
-
Conduct deep-dive analysis on performance drivers and business trends to uncover learnings.
-
Deliver data-driven insights that influence strategic decision-making.
-
Establish standardized metrics and reporting governance across the region.
-
Partner with GTM to inform GTM launches, accounting for regional nuance and mitigate friction across the sales process.
-
Identify opportunities to improve lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, and account planning workflows.
-
Drive adoption of best practices across commercial teams.
-
Partner with Revenue Process and Tooling team to optimize CRM and GTM tooling for their region.
-
Ensure data quality, governance, and process compliance.
-
Evaluate and implement technologies that improve seller productivity and management visibility.
-
Support automation initiatives across reporting and operational workflows including field data hygiene.
-
Collaborate closely with Revenue Operations and GTM to identify and build operational improvements and ensure new GTM motions land smoothly.
-
Influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions without direct authority.
-
Lead change management initiatives related to sales processes and operating models.
-
Foster a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
-
Serve as a subject matter expert and thought partner to central Revenue Operations on regional best practices, contributing to global frameworks, playbooks, and organizational capability building. Codify regional operational learnings, playbooks, and performance insights for broader adoption across the Revenue Operations function.
