    Mexico Carrier Sales Representative

    Remote, USA

     

    We are seeking an experienced Mexico Carrier Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role will focus on developing and managing carrier relationships that support cross-border Mexico freight—both northbound and southbound. The ideal candidate will bring an established carrier portfolio, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in both English and Spanish.

    Responsibilities:

    • Source, onboard, and manage carrier relationships with a focus on Mexico and cross-border operations

    • Negotiate competitive rates with carriers while ensuring high service quality and compliance

    • Monitor shipment execution, resolve service issues, and ensure on-time delivery performance

    • Collaborate with internal teams and agents to match capacity with customer needs

    • Maintain an active network of carriers specializing in Mexico, border drayage, and transload operations

    • Understand and communicate customs, documentation, and regulatory requirements related to cross-border freight

    • Provide exceptional communication in both English and Spanish to strengthen relationships with carriers and partners

    • Identify market trends, capacity fluctuations, and pricing opportunities within the Mexico/U.S. corridor

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of carrier sales or capacity procurement experience, preferably in cross-border Mexico freight

    • Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)

    • Demonstrated success in negotiating rates and managing carrier performance

    • Established relationships with Mexico-based and border-region carriers

    • Strong understanding of cross-border processes, documentation, and compliance requirements

    • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and TMS systems
