Who We Want

As the Director of Carrier Capacity for Arrive Fresh, you will play a critical role in expanding our high-growth produce and floral division by building and scaling an elite cold-chain carrier network. We are seeking an entrepreneurial, high-energy leader who combines deep expertise in perishable freight with a proven track record of coaching and developing high-performing capacity teams.
