Production Line Lead
Location: West Chester, OH
Job Type: Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Production Line Lead to oversee daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced, regulated production environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate production team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Ensure all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies are followed.
- Coordinate staffing, workflow, line setups, and changeovers to maximize efficiency.
- Monitor productivity, quality, inventory usage, and documentation accuracy.
- Collaborate with Supervisors, Technicians, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to resolve production issues.
- Maintain compliance with quality standards, GMP requirements, and customer specifications.
- Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives to reduce waste and improve processes.
- Track production data, maintain system records, and ensure material traceability.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and employee development.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing, production, or leadership experience.
- Previous team lead, supervisor, or project leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office; ERP or production management systems experience is a plus.
- cGMP, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
