    Fireball Whisky Distribution Facility | New Albany & Jeffersonville, IN

    Now Hiring for Day and Night Shifts

    Join the team supporting one of America’s most recognized spirits brands. We are currently seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals for General Labor and Forklift Operator positions in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

    Pay Rates

    General Labor

    • 1st Shift: $17.00/hour
    • 2nd Shift: $17.90/hour

    Forklift Operators

    • Starting at $19.21/hour
    • Higher pay opportunities based on experience, shift, and position

    Available Schedules

    2-2-3 Schedule

    Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:00 PM

    Night Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM

    Various day and afternoon shifts available depending on position.

    Responsibilities

    • Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (Forklift Operators)
    • Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility
    • Palletize, wrap, sort, and prepare products for shipment
    • Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
    • Assist with warehouse and production activities as needed
    • Meet productivity and attendance expectations

    Qualifications Required

    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
    • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work throughout scheduled shifts
    • Reliable transportation
    • Strong attendance and reliability
    • Commitment to workplace safety
    • Authorization to work in the United States

    Preferred

    • Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience
    • Forklift experience in a warehouse environment
    • Experience with sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, or electric pallet jacks
    • RF scanner or warehouse management system experience
