• Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment processes,
• perform initial screening telephone interviews and conduct interviews,
• collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand workforce planning and recruitment needs across different business units,
• utilize innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier talent for a variety of roles,
• analyze recruitment metrics and data to drive continuous improvement and deliver insights to stakeholders.

Application Requirements What you need to succeed

• A University or College degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a similar field of study,
• minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and engaging candidates,
• experience in sourcing and recruitment, including the agency side across various sectors (SSC, IT and engineering preferred),
• fluency in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills,
• proven track record of successfully recruiting for various positions in a fast-paced environment,
• exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
