About Copper

Copper is built for the way relationship-driven and service-based businesses actually work. Consultancies, financial services firms, agencies, and B2B teams aren't just closing deals. They're pitching new business, managing active client relationships, collaborating across teams, and delivering great work, often all in the same day. Their success depends on staying connected to their customers and not constantly updating another tool.

That's why we built Copper differently. As the only CRM solution that's a Recommended for Google Workspace app, we give teams one beautifully designed home for the entire client journey, from that first conversation to the final deliverable, right inside the tools they already know and love: Gmail, Calendar, and Drive. Contacts, deals, tasks, and projects, all living together in one place, so your team spends less time hunting for information and more time doing the work they're genuinely proud of.

30,000+ companies already trust Copper to help them take care of their client relationships, and we're just getting started. We're backed by significant funding, growing fast, and building something big: the modern operating system for businesses that run on relationships, not just transactions. We'd love for you to help us build it!

The Role

We’re looking for a Manager, Demand Generation to execute and continuously improve the acquisition programs that create qualified demand, pipeline and new business revenue for Copper.

Reporting to the Senior Growth Operations Manager, this role will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and optimization of our paid acquisition programs, while proactively identifying new channels, audiences, offers and experiments that can expand our reach and improve performance.

You’ll bring a strong performance marketing foundation together with a full-funnel mindset. Success won’t be measured by clicks, CPL or lead volume alone. You’ll understand how acquisition activity translates into ICP fit, demos and trials, pipeline, conversion and ultimately revenue — and you’ll use those signals to recommend where we should optimize, test and invest next.

This is a highly hands-on and analytical role. You’ll work closely with Growth Operations, Sales, Creative/Content, GTM Data & BI, RevOps and Product to understand what’s happening throughout the funnel, identify opportunities and translate insights into action.

Success in this role comes from being relentlessly curious about performance — identifying changes before someone else has to point them out, understanding why they’re happening, and continuously improving how Copper acquires and converts demand.
