Tive is seeking a Customer Solutions Analyst to support the execution and growth of our most important customer programs. Reporting to the Strategic Solutions Manager, this role will help analyze customer operations, develop solution recommendations, coordinate complex initiatives, and identify opportunities to expand Tive across customer business units, regions, facilities, and use cases. The Strategic Solutions Analyst will work closely with Account Executives, Account Managers, Customer Success, Product, Operations, and regional Sales teams. The Analyst will provide the research, analysis, documentation, reporting, and program coordination required to move strategic customer initiatives from opportunity identification through deployment and expansion. This role will also support Tive’s Global Accounts Program by maintaining global account plans, mapping customer organizations, tracking international opportunities, and helping regional teams coordinate expansion efforts.
