About the role: As a Senior Wireless RF Systems Engineer at Mytra, you will lead the hardware development of our next-generation wireless products. This role focuses on board-level and system- level RF design, antenna integration, and hardware-to-software system validation. You will own the RF lifecycle from schematic capture and layout through to mass production of large scale wireless deployment and FCC certification. What you’ll do: Board-Level and RF System Design: Own schematic design, component selection, and PCB layout routing for high-performance wireless systems (Wi-Fi, UWB, Wi-Fi HaLow, and Cellular). Enterprise AP Network Design: Experience of Enterprise AP network design and Mesh networking architectures to optimize hardware performance for complex structures Simulation & Tooling: Utilize AP network design tools and RF simulation software to model coverage, predict interference, and optimize hardware before deployment. Antenna & Desense Engineering: Drive antenna down selection and integration while actively mitigating RF desense issues across multi-radio systems and metal heavy environment Comprehensive RF Testing: Execute both conducted and radiated RF testing, alongside system-level verification across Wi-Fi, cellular, and sub-GHz frequencies.
