Job Summary

Leads the development and execution of AI-driven sales strategies and commercial systems to enhance business performance. Oversees the integration of artificial intelligence technologies into sales processes, analyzes market trends, and drives innovation to optimize customer engagement and revenue growth. Collaborates with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with organizational goals and ensures the effective deployment of commercial systems.

 

 

 

 

Essential Job Functions

1. Leads the development of the AI driven sales strategy
2. Oversees existing applications related to sales force operations and automation.
3. Develops quote to order processes meant to improve efficiency and increase customer satisfaction.
4. Analyzes and interprets data using artificial intelligence (AI) solutions.
5. Implementation of artificial intelligence tools in order to solve problems, predict outcomes, or identify efficiencies.
6. Assesses AI solutions performance, impacts, and suggests improvements.
7. Provides technical advice to sales organization with regard to Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions.

Position Requirements

Bachelors Degree

6 + years of Experience

Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles.

Performs complex tasks typically following established processes.

Primarily focused on administering established policies and procedures

Strategic planning, and procedural change particularly in the AI systems management

Physical Demands: 

Minimum physical exertion. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to sit, communicate, reach, and manipulate objects, tools or controls. The position requires mobility. Duties involve moving materials weighing up to 5 pounds on a regular basis. Manual dexterity and coordination are required over 75% of the work period while operating equipment such as computer keyboard and mouse. 

 

Work Environment: 

The working conditions will vary between an office environment and a remote home environment. The ideal protected indoor work environment is a clean, non-hazardous work area. The noise level in the work environment is typical of most office or remote home environments with telephones, personal interruptions, and background noises.

In an effort to provide greater transparency, we are sharing the base salary range for this position. The position is also eligible for a yearly bonus. Final salary is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :$145,000—$160,000 USD
