Maersk's external innovation platform, combining a documented investment portfolio with venture clienting to connect emerging technologies with supply-chain operations and decarbonization challenges.
Maersk Growth was founded in 2017 to accelerate the digitization and decarbonization of supply chains. It combines an investment portfolio with external innovation and venture-clienting activity; these are related but distinct ways of working with startups. The portfolio includes Dexory's warehouse robotics and Forto's technology-enabled freight forwarding. The venture-clienting program separately describes proof-of-concept and pilot partnerships aligned with specific operational challenges. A pilot relationship should not be interpreted as an equity investment. Selected investment examples: Dexory: Warehouse robotics and digital-twin technology included in Maersk Growth's investment portfolio. Forto: Technology-enabled freight forwarding company included in the investment portfolio.
